The Silmaril and the Curse of Fingolfin

The Silmarils which encased the light of the Trees of Valinor - I have spoken of them before. Their curse, however, is what I speak of today. Long story short, Fingolfin (I believe this is the correct elf..) created them and coveted them above all else. I'm am glad you use that "private" option. Very. I hope it helps, too.

I can also understand what you describe as your keep. I'll tell you most anything if you really do want it bad enough. Put it in front of me, tell me how badly you want it, and I will cave. It's just an eventual process, really. I give out information as people ask for it--or shortly thereafter. :op

A simple difference between you and I is that I have only ever opened myself up completely to three people. Two of which were women. One of which, is my mother...with whom I never could stop myself from crying and merely fled to her open arms instead--something I have never known with anyone else in my life.

I understand how devastating it is to allow someone to that vulnerable center. It's a disgusting feeling, vulnerability. Absolutely. Feeling too completely helpless to do anything about it.

My point is that I feel so happy to have had that experience. For a long time, I thought perhaps I was quite cold in my own, unique way that people could not ( ... )

The thing is I haven't used the private option yet... and when I do, you have always had complete and unrestricted access...
