bread experience

 I feel compelled to write in one more social place that I've made some of that 5-minute-artisan/boule/refridgerated bread dough.

I'll be giving it a test run of baking tonight. I've got high hopes that it'll taste good.

Am assuming that it's not. BTW - you "bun" is doing the rounds and was sent on to me. Tres cute!

It's not GF, but I don't know if GF would work for it or not. The book/system is Artisan Bread in 5 mins a day. The short version of the info is here:

I assume that you mean you got to see the sonogram pics of our little alien girl? :D

We're going to get another peek on Nov. 5, and Hubby will be coming that time. Last time I got to see her open her mouth, move her arm, and flex her fingers. I wanted him to be able to see that too.
