hawk vs. pigeon

As I walked up to the front door of the workplace this morning, I noticed something slightly unusual. There, on the sidewalk, was a gigantic hawk picking apart what looked to be a defeated pigeon. It was a little disturbing. Nine hours later I finished up my daily exercise in monotony, and came home to my wife and my dog. oh yeah, and the cat.
