Grooming
For half a decade I have worked at a place that would not allow facial hair. I couldn't even grow facial hair before I got the job. Now I have changed jobs, and they're not strict at all on things of this nature. Piercings, tattoos, facial hair, it's all cool. I have never seen my face with a beard, so I'm thinking I should.
