My list is ridic. I did manage to cross one item off today. Of course, it was an add-on at the top that didn't actually have a number attached to it. So still 18 items on the list.

If I didn't need the list, I'd ball it up and shove it in my volunteer's mouth to shut her up. She needs to come in only on days when I'm not here.

Are you reading anything good? I can't find squat to read. I miss the days when the people on my Flist posted fic and I was excited to read it. Whenever I try to add new journals so I'll have people posting fic I get annoyed by their real life.

I'm such a cunt.

Your attitude matches mine. I've been reading stuff on my own off of AO3 mostly. But today I'm reading an Iron Man/Captain America fic (svmadelyn just started posting a rec a day). I just read an epic Generation Kill/the Pacific/Band of Brothers college AU that both amused and annoyed me at turns. I'm picky. And mean.

Most of the fic on my flist is from comms. I do check out (but not always read) what gets posted to epic_recs and rareslash. I skim a few newsletters. But mostly I just say "ooh, I wanna read fandom X" and got to AO3 and see if there's anything there that looks interesting.

Most of what I find to read these days come from rec communities or subscriptions from pinboard/people I subscribe to on pinboard. Some people? ZERO taste in fic. It hurts. So bad. I'm sure they all say the same about me, but I know I have good taste ;-)
