Gluten-free dinner rolls
The rolls were supposed to be a Parker House type roll. They came out a little denser, a little more biscuit-like inside, but still yummy. I had one fresh out of the oven last night to make sure they were edible (so I could make something else if they weren't) and even Chris agreed they were good. We'll see what everyone else thinks and I'll provide a link tomorrow or Saturday for anyone seeking a good gluten-free dinner roll recipe in time for Xmas. I'll also update on the feedback on the cheesecake and pie crust. (Buddy thought the cheesecake batter was fabulous. *g*)
