I won trivia again this Tuesday! Double prize ($20 bar tab). I am awesome.
We are being as upbeat about grants as we can.
Wuthering Heights is horrible. I've never been able to get through the whole thing. Ironically, in my junior year of high school I wrote my best (grade-wise) paper on this book. WTF?
Usually I have the same problem as you on Fridays - refreshing endlessly, wondering why everyone else doesn't have a serious case of the Fridays and thus is screwing off to LJ. Today I can't log in from work, though (not that that isn't keeping me from stalking everybody's public posts, obviously), and work keeps blowing up (oh, why did I have to send the wrong thing to the whole world? Just because everyone else was cc-ing the world, I should've reigned it in if I was only going to discover my calculations were wrong).
But YAY for winning trivia, and getting for nice x-country skiis - so much more delightful than our rain. And for having done your service stint as treasurer and being almost Rid of it. And for telemark - I can't wait to hear how you like it!

Also, YAY Patriots for beating the Donkeys. :D
I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you, it's got to be beyond stressful not knowing what's coming down.

Have you been writing? I have not, alas. I want to, and I've been plotting in my head, which is not nothing, but close.
Consider this your nag for the week, if you're looking for one. :0D
