Sounds like an issue with the earth connection on the indicators.That can cause all sorts of strange behaviour, including them lighting up all the time, like running lights.

lolz... I always wanted a trike.. I think I first saw one in about 1990 or so, and simply went bananas.. I also loved the Mad Max ethos with the matt black and scary spiky stuff since I first saw that.. this is a cool combination :)
