Perseids Viewing Tonight

Weather dependent, Kiwi and I will be going out with friends to see the Perseids tonight. If any of you want to come with us, get hold of me before midnight.

dang.. wish I'd read this last night. I stayed up late to see them. Too many lights to be seen from here. Thought about driving to the Mounds for a look-see. But going by myself didn't seem prudent.

LOL And today I see friends went last night and I could have joined in the gazing and wonder of it all.

Note to self: check LJ more often than quarterly.

Yes, please do. Last night was perfect for me to. I was changing my sleep to get ready for all night shift starting tonight. Was trying to stay up all night alone, wishing to see the stars. Doesn't happen often that I'm available. But when I am, I want to go.
