I've been thinking about graphic design. Wondering if it's for me. I'd really like to get into the music aspect of it and design things for bands. Something I have little experience in helping my friends bands.

I never thought about doing it online. Might make sense because this job has me on the mountain 5 days out of the week.

I still can't believe where your life has taken you. I still see you as the Bruce who left El Cajon all those years ago. It's amazing to hear the changes you have gone through. You are always in the thoughts of our family out here. I'd love to see you again.

Get Photoshop and learn the hell out of it, if you haven't already. Not necessarily so that you can design with it, but it's great to mix compositions with. Whether you want to use scans, photos, word docs, MS paint--Photoshop will be the place to do it all up in. No reason why you can't get into it Nick.

I'd love to see you again too. I was bummed when your mom came out and you didn't come with.

And yeah, sometimes I look at the life I've built and I freak out silently. But it's all good. It's where I want to be. And it's still a work in progress. Always will be.
