You know...I'm typically a Beatles fan. Really, I am. I was excited about the anniversary of Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band. Today, a new semi-Beatles-related album was released. It is an Amnesty International release of various artists covering John Lennon songs, Instant Karma-Save Darfur

Its interesting to think about how bad a good artist can sound when they are given music that they are not well suited for. Kinda sad actually. But in all actuallity John Lennon, although and amazing musician didn't have a great voice but sang his music well... maybe someone with a good voice doesn't really suit his music, so its going to sound bad anyway, lol. Anyway, I'm sorry you were disappointed with your purchase :).

And congrats on your recent nuptuals!!! Its fantastic that it ACTUALLY happened, lol. Meant to send a message about it sooner but I'm been a little lacks with my correspondance of late. Hope all is well!!!!
