Ya I can imagine your frustration.. But if both of your relationship arrive to the extent of giving u ring (congrats.. And so sweet), more importantly is to let him know about your feeling and how to improve the communication between you 2.. Is it just his personality or he not so sensitive about your feeling.. :)
