hmmmmm, tawag diyan BURN OUT. hahaha, it's happened to me countless times. But so long as there is an up to it soon, you will continue to stay.
In my past situation, I also had no more "up" to get to, as in my position was the highest for that particular field in the company, and I still wasn't getting paid enough, with more work being brought my way.
The fun and novelty of it was wearing off, so I left.
I think we're all trying to find what we want to do, and what we have to do, and balance both comfortably.
If your heart is not in your job, (or in the money you are getting) - then you have no reason to stay.

Goodluck sa decision, whatever you choose.
Just keep yourself happy, primarily. Or else, you will not be satisfied with life.. : (

Oh I am sorry for that...

Well, i think that each section must be completed before you start the next months. After you have completed the entire plan ur work, you will be ready to develop an ur companys plan to export your product. Once the business plan is completed NEEDS. I just think better if whatever you just choose or resign, atleast you can get where u want to happy. :) mmmmwah
