It's your life. You're the only one who knows what to do with it. And at 18, who are you to even know? Honestly, if you take a year off, or even 5 for that matter, what diference will it make in the scheme of things. Actually, it'll probably make you a better person...

I don't understand exactly what it is you are doing to fuck up your life. You're not doing drugs, fucking random people, failing school, running away, dating a prick, blowing off your friends, reading bad books... anyone who tells you differently is obviously confused.
