I need to vent, and this is for my own personal use so if you don’t care just skip this. Let’s start a year and a half ago. Sounds like you need to hang out with some girls that aren't so insecure. Not to sound like a bitch but it seems like they are overusing you. I agree with you about taking some time for yourself. It's not running away either or being selfish. In fact, it's completely the opposite.
If any of these friendships with these girls are to last, you need time to yourself and they need to realize that you are not being paid to be their psychologist all the time. It's important to help friends out but they need to at least return the favor in some avenue or another and you need friends that you can depend on to help you out when you're feeling low.
