Fabulous news that I've heard in the last hour:

1. My hometown hockey team sealed the deal at home and took the GOLD!! It'd been way more fun to follow them, but.. Elitserien isn't exactly on basic cable.
2. My lease has been taken over for May, so I won't have to worry about the rent any more.
3. Mum, her friend and I will be making a second dress for me in the coming weekend.

Yay for all of those, but especially making dresses. I need to go dress shopping sometime soon because Holly's wedding is next month and I want to wear a new dress.

Sorry that you can't enjoy a nice rainy day because weather is weird and produces hail.

Oo what kind of dress are you looking for? I'd have loved to go dress shopping with you - all the fun of browsing, none of the try-it-on hassle... (do you think there will ever be a day where people say "the hoff" instead of "the hassle"?)

We came through it fine, luckily. Our neighbors lost a tree though, two big branches were broken off the poor thing. It'll be a good weekend for all car salesmen, any car out in the lots that was damaged (but is still technically very brand spanking new) will go for awesome prices now.

I want a short dress, like knee length. The wedding is May 21st, and at 2pm, so something that's nice but good for daytime and heat. Probably will be sleeveless, so I'll need a little shrug or cardigan. I think if I can find something I like in a light purple or green, but I want to check with my sister first. At the last wedding we went to (my cousin Darren's) we both wore red dresses. I'd rather not be too matching with Kristy.

I love that, green and purple! I'll take a good picture of the dress we've already made to show you, I really liked it. I would suggest making it yourself (or with your mum, cause it's a lot of fun!) but it comes out to be more expensive.

Btw, new Supernatural tonight! I'm actually a little excited, I hope it's not too disappointing.
