About: Mokuba's step-brother by adoption. However, since he is taken from the canon point where he is being controlled by Noa, Mokuba believes him to be his brother, and has notably moved to calling Noa "Nii-sama" instead of Seto. Due to being in Discedo, Noa's control over him is somewhat different in that Mokuba is retaining his lucidity through the brainwashing longer. While Mokuba is suffciently dedicated to Noa, he does recognize that something is wrong about the situation, and that some things are adding up.
Despite this, Mokuba continues to adore him.

About: Mokuba's biological brother. Due to his canonpoint, Mokuba dislikes him based on Noa's feelings. Normally, the devotion he shows Noa is centered on Seto. Mokuba believes his brother can do absolutely anything, and trusts him completely. Contrary to belief, however, Mokuba does have a mind separate from his brothers, and has been known to stand up to him when he disagrees. He will usually go along with what Seto wants though, and help him if he can.
The two are very close due to their childhood.

About: Mokuba's brother enemy. Despite the hate Seto seems to have for him, Mokuba actually likes him a lot, and trusts him. Yuugi is the first one he runs to whenever Seto has done something not-so-smart and needs help. He's nice, and reliable, and not as crazy as Seto makes him out to be. Even under Noa's control, Mokuba likes him, though he'll stop talking to him if told to. Otherwise, they're not best friends, but he's pretty high on Mokuba's list of people he likes and respects. PLUS THEY'RE THE SAME HEIGHT.

About: This is where a discrepancy pops up. Jounouchi is from the manga, while Mokuba is from the anime. In Mokuba's world, they get along in that you-annoy-me-so-I-will-bug-you kind of way. In Jounouchi's, however, Mokuba tried to murder them two different times, so the guy hates him. It's...confusing.. Mokuba still likes him, but generally avoids him out of the major confusion it causes.

About: Despite how annoyed he acts with him, Mokuba actually really likes Tohma. It's that he's so weird sometimes. You don't tell an injured person to go make themselves a crutch when the can't walk, man. :| He mostly know him through Noa, but finds him likable on his own, when he's not being annoying. But he does want to know why he has so many conversations with Noa that he isn't allowed to know about. Nevertheless, he trusts him, and would like to talk to him more.
