It's election season, and thus also the season to get tough on crime™, with our Prime Minister floating the idea of year-long "boot camps" for Serious Youth Offenders. (Not saying that everyone in the system is a psychopath, merely that this form of treatment seems to positively affect behavior, even of previously-violent patients or inmates.)

Yes, exactly this. Its about team and trust and forming a bond and learning different ways to exist.
