Did you email the mods? NFP is on full moderation, and nobody gets added unless one of the mods knows them, or unless they email the mods and convince them they're not a sockpuppet of one of the trolls that have been a problem in the last few months. The email addresses are on the community info page.

Yeah, I e-mailed Swisscelt, I guess I must not have been persuasive enough that I'm not a troll or a complete moron. I'm probably going to try again in a couple days and write some extremely eloquent e-mail thing and carbon copy it to all the mods. The interesting posts have slacked off again though.

Swisscelt can be an ass upon occasion.

Try again - email mzwyndi, and tell her that I and several others suggested that comm as a better alternative to a forum you had been reading. CC it to all the other mods. Don't worry about being eloquent - try sounding slightly baffled about why you were turned down when so many folks had said you'd be better off there than in the other places you had been hanging out.
