WTF??? Y'know what makes NO sense??? They can put a ban on putting simple NATURAL things in ciggys but yet they will allow all the chemicals and snyt that the major tobacco companies put in???!!!

That is sooo messed up...clove ciggs were some of the only i liked...and the flavored tobacco for pipes...this is not pleasing at all!

It's as much an attack on the subcultures that tend to smoke cloves (goths, artists, off-beat people) and flavored ciggs as it really is on the product itself....but if it works, expect one of the beer companies that doesn't make a flavored beer to start a bill to get rid of stuff like skyy blue and schmirnoff ice next I'm sure...*sigh*

Yea, I know...since "children" are more likely to drink something that is sweet flavored...hell, i agree with what the article said...might as well ban Long Island Ice Teas and all that as well...

A friend of mine used to work in a somke/toke shop here in TX and he said that teens NEVER bought clove/flavored ciggs...they always wanted the "real" ones...Marlboros and Camels...

And what i REALLY want to know is WHY not ban Menthol as well??? That is a flavoring agent...DUH! >.

not CLOVES!!! WHAT?! that's the only type of cig james lets me SMOKE!
i read the article. interesting indeed that philip morris is backing it, and has no flavored cigs except menthols (which are excluded specifically from this bill).

in theory then soda should taste awful, since it's so bad. and cereal shouldn't be sold with cartoons and bright sugary shapes.

I know...soda and booze should all taste like shit by that theory...I enjoy pointing out to people who are all throwing a fit about me smoking that the soda they're drinking causes esophageal cancer and is as addictive as nicotine nearly...it tends to shut them up for a few minutes *snicker*
