Dont beat yourself up about it...
The ground floor was sold out in a matter of minutes.
Even people who had been preparing for 'saturday @ 12' for weeks
got shafted. Its a question of luck.
Those tickets are like Popes Shit... Very rare to come by.

The french classes are going well, sometimes a bit slow, sometimes too quick, but on the whole - pretty good. I supplement the classes by watching as many french movies as I can. On a good day, I can even catch a word or two :)

Written french (reading it anyway) is a lot easier. When I'm writing it, I tend to forget putting the accents in - the word just looks wrong. Takes me a while to think ACCENT!

Watched Baise Moi this morning. At least I know how to pronounce "salope" correctly now. Pretty dire movie. Wouldn't recommend it.
