Well, I know I haven't been posting that much but there isn't to much and I'm sorry. I'm sure the word is out now, my Brigade was extended in Iraq for 120 days so I won't be coming home. I also found out that I will not be going to Redstone anymore. The unit I was supposed to go to has deleted that slot and I am now on assignment to Hunter Army

Man, I'm sorry to hear all that. I don't understand why the military just doesn't get it. Happy solders are better solders. Extending the time they are apart doesn't do a thing for morale.

When I was at the Naval Academy, it broke me down. I admire your strength to persevere. I'm really sorry you have missed your son's birthday... I can't imagine how hard that is...

I'll think about you today... maybe some of that hippy thought-energy crap will make it over your way. If there is anything I can do, let me know. Can I send you books?
