Last week I dreamed you moved in to the house. I didn't tell you because I didn't want to depress you or your sweetie!! YAY!!

Now look, let us talk because we moved into our house with the same issues. Now we are neighbors. And heck our next door neighbor had to build a ditch behind his house last year so we are all in this together.
