Look forward to a copy of my paper in a few days, then some stuff about my brother's wedding, then the move to Oregon, then back to boring old books.

Steve, I have all the faith in the world that you did beautifully on your test and that the trajectory of your life is about to take some gorgeous, unpredictable turns toward an emerald land. It's difficult to divest of all the things you've held dear for so long...but once you do you begin to realize how heavy that pack of mundane expectations really was.
