The baby picture that's first up under brothers says it's not, but it's a conundrum. Because it does seem that he has roots in some of the pics!

yh but in the baby pics both dan and teddy are blonde but now teddy is a natural brown and its obvious dan dyes his hair yellow blonde and the brown looks so natural on him
if its not he should dye it more often

And Teddy's not blonde in the baby pic! He's a kinda... light mousy brown XD
