I have no idea. THIS CHAPTER GAVE ME NO ANSWERS AT ALL, EXCEPT THAT TEDDY WRITES IN LOOPY CURSIVE. I'm wondering if Teddy just has a split personality and his alter ego kidnapped his kids.
