This made me larf.

I've heard people say that their 40's were the best time of their life, "life begins at 40", blah, blah, blah. I've been 40 now for about six months and, so far, my 40's have sucked.

I am responsible for my own happiness but it seems like a lot of this has been due to things that are outside of my control.

I'm way behind the schedule that I originally had in mind. Part of that is because I underestimated the amount of work involved (again) and the other part is that I fell into a motivation black hole after returning from Phoenix ( Read more... )

Just did 85 consecutive without any long pauses. The last 10 or so weren't the best of form but they were good enough to count.

Still some work to do but the end is in sight.

The title sequence is one of the best that I've seen in a long time. Needs to be viewed on a big screen for the full effect.

EDIT: appears they've removed the video. Bummer.

Turning this into a "real" closet. Framing, electrical, insulation, drywall, flooring, new door, trim, and painting. Someone who knew what they were doing could probably have this done in about a week. I'm hoping to have it done by the end of Feb.
