Can I get some feedback? I feel like I'm overusing textures & over saturating icons this round. ugh. are the subjects obliterated?

You know me and my art-eye... *crickets*

1. Not sure what the 'base' actually is, so I can't say. The texture is pretty though
2. I like the pink! Again, no idea what it is...
3. I like it. JM's a little bright, but it's a damn pretty icon. :)

So, I guess maybe it's too much texture? Or it isn't.... /helpingnothelping♥

First one is a stock photo of a cool braid. Second one is a car from Mad Max could you at least tell it was a car?. Ugh.

1. I saw the braid. It is a pretty braid! It reminded me of the braid Wyatt learned for Kenna's hair

2. LOL My first thought was 'that's one of the cars from Mad Max' but then I didn't want to say, in case it wasn't. WIN!

LOL She does not have that much hair.. but SAVING.

2. my brother bought it ; Dad's got the DVD-disc currently. Love me some Charlize, but I can't really say that one has grabbed my OMGWATCHME-string... Maybe one day.

Lovely base...I don't know if the braid is still visible, but maybe make the crop bigger and show her pale skin as well. Such a beautiful contrast to the red hair.

I love this photo. It's super frustrating to icon though. With color adjustmebts, her skin blends into the wall :( will keep working. It's a good bit of advice to go out a bit. Thanks!

1) is amazing - love the crop and coloring
2+3) too vibrant for my personal taste
2) I don't really know what is going on in this one.
3) Maybe deseturate the yellow balk at the background so this golden hair is more in the focus?

3) also good advice. I will play around with the saturagtion of that yellow block.

This round's inspiration is really saturated & vibrant. While i like the style, its not my favorite. Also IT'S HARD.

Maybe just switch the yellow block to another color (pink or green). You can make it vibrant and have a contrast.
