Today was the final day of the show.  It was really slow so my boss sent me around to talk to other vendors.  It was a good experience.  I met some very nice people and learned that we have to work together and watch each others backs when it comes to selling hotel items.  I also met some of the Best Western designers and purchasing agents.  Really ( Read more... )

Woke up at 7am because my bladder was screaming at me.  I checked my email and decided that it was too early to be awake.  Went back to sleep for another hour.  Got up and check email again.  Chatted with my awesome boyfriend then left for the trade show.  The show was boring!  OMG - I had no idea trade shows were that boring.  I have 2 more days ( Read more... )

I have a very busy day ahead of me.  I leave for Montreal tomorrow morning, but first today I have to work my normal day job and try to get everything completed by noon.  I have to go over my current tasks with my backup and my boss.  At lunchtime I have to go to Target and get travel size shampoo, soap, etc for my trip.  Then after I leave my day ( Read more... )
