Mom and I just had a semi-long talk about college. I am still clueless as to what I want to do. I thought I wanted to be a paralegal, but then everyone kept telling me I would just be a secretary and do secretarial work instead of actually going out and doing what paralegal work was supposed to be. Well, if you're not that into science, psych's probably not for you, but Zach says the UALR psych profs are always willing to talk about what they do and what it's all about, so it might be worth calling one of them up if it's something you're interested in, especially since there's so much more to it than being a counselor or psychiatrist.
As for the rest of it, stop worrying. Just because you don't feel like you're good at anything now doesn't mean you can't develop the skills you need. And you don't have to know what you want to do when you enter college, just focus on getting as many requirements out of the way as you can, which gets you into a little bit of everything and helps you figure out what you want to do, and gives you an advantage, because once you do decide, you can focus on that and not realize your senior year that you have to take some stupid requirement class that you forgot about or you won't graduate. Ok?

don't worry about what you want to be; just focus on finding a good college (one you'll be HAPPY at). then later you can decide..any college will be able to accomodate whatever you decide to do. picking a college is stressful enough, just worry about that for now.
