Dad and i went out tonight. it was like a "father-daughter" night. i have to admit...i was dreading it. i just wanted to do my own thing and go hang out with friends. i mean common...its a saturday! weekendS

Well, I had a nearly similar experience with my dad last month. I never talked to my dad except to say, "hey how's it going" etc. But i mean i never really talked to him.
All the sudden, saturday, just as i am about to go out, dad asks me to stop and stay where i am and let my friends go.
Man I was pissed.
He took me golfing...best day of my life, I actually talked to my dad, and we connected...
Odd...

Your dad came up to me at church tonight and he was like, "We talked about you last night." ..and that's all he said. And I was like, "Um...is...that a good thing or a bad thing?" And he just smiled and said, "It was mostly good."

....It was weird. :p

Gooood good stuff. Daddy's are so awesome...glad you had a good talk. It always helps with me...and weird, me and my dad are a ton alike too...maybe there's just some kind of father daughter connection. Anyway, hope you have an AMAZING WONDERFUL day. :)
