you need alot alot of tools ... usually found in a professional kitchen ... wah i have been trying to look for subtitutes to the tools they were using .... ha ha tell me which one u like and i pass you the recipe .... and how to do there's about 8 different recipes.... ok maybe when i try the recipes at home again i'll post cos i want to practice as well
