Instead of a next round, I'm working out the details as I do other experiments. This is mainly because my PI came back into town from Germany after his father's funeral, and was aghast that I hadn't spent all my time on the things he had wanted me to do. He actually had some good points to make; I have a lot of data that is good enough to present in a talk, but isn't quite high enough quality to publish. I need to finish the old stuff, so I can publish as soon as possible.

On an experiment I did Friday and Saturday, I threw in some samples for the new stuff. They won't give me any data, but they'll help me figure out what conditions are right. I'll analyze those on Monday.
