with my BA in english i can write the phrases for the candy hearts, and with my graphic design BFA i can do the layout of the words "page me" or "go girl."

i vote yes. i need a comrade in the art department.

...and a competetor, and you're way better than me so the competition would improve my own work. :)

besides, i'll never graduate...so you can feel okay about being in college so long.

I would hesitate to say "go for it!" since it's a BFA as opposed to a BA.

You can't do as much with a BFA since it's more specialized. Granted, certainly places may seek that out, but it's something to keep in mind. A lot of times, a BA says more than a BFA.

i will have a BA in english on top of the BFA, and i will (hopefully) also be pursuing my MA.

Well, in the end, it's really up to you. You wanted opinions and so I gave mine. Whether or not you give heed to it....has nothing to do with me.

Personally, I would try for something more than a BFA if it's available, but again, that's my opinion.

Have you at all thought about where you'd go for your MA?
