yeah we definitely had a blizzard Wednesday that dropped 20 inches of snow in under 24 hours. Were getting another foot today, and are on track for another blizzard early next week. In early April. Yeah.

Too bad, I would sublet that place if I had more job experience Google is hiring a temporary Junior IT worker for the summer at their Ann Arbor office.

Journalism internships aren't much better, for the record. I got shot down from a pretty swank reporting internship at the Kalamazoo Gazette solely because my resume doesn't span enough semesters. Ignore the 30+ articles I've written over the past couple months, the genuinely high quality of a number of them, and the strong recommendation across the editorial board -- I only have one semester of writing experience.

I still might get hired by the Metro Times in Detroit, though. That'd be nice - unpaid, but nice. I'm, at this point, looking for a job that will do more for my resume than my wallet.

PS: If you know of anywhere in Ann Arbor that's looking for a last minute editorial intern, I'll sublet.

I'd take the patient sitting job if I were you. It would be interesting to talk to them and hear their stories, unless you watch the unconscience ones.
