It is an art, not a science

Cooking. It is an art. Great cooks do not just follow the recipes others wrote. No, they boldly try new and exciting things. Pineapple on Pizza. Strawberries in chocolate. Lemon on fish. Tonight I get to eat the artistry of the Boychek.

Hopefully I will live through it.

Chances are you will if it doesn't bite into you before you bite into it...

Na, the ones that bite first they are the fun ones.

I like the new icon, as I get odd imagery from it. Stethoscope, heart, and female genitalia (which is what I saw at first). I am betting that at least one of those you didn't see.

Did you eat something from the 60s in the form of a plant or a candy dot? Ha! An icon is always in the eyes of the beholder! I am glad you see want what you want *wink*

The kid, like me, likes spices and has no fear of any combination of flavors.

So tonight was:
* Au Gratin potatoes
* tabbouleh wheat salad plus stuff, with way to much spice in it
* a mixture of onions, green peppers, fire roasted tomatoes, and pineapple with some garlic in it and something else in it

It was edible, and interesting. The Au Gratin saved it as it prevented the mouth from being totally overwhelmed. Good luck if you are one of those folks that eats all of one thing at a time.

With a little refining and practice he could do something good.
