Weight Loss Contest math problem

Work is doing a weight loss contest, and we are seeking a system that helps us pick the winner. So far none of the systems we have come up with seem fair.

Example 1: Percentage of Goal

John (6’4” & 213lbs) wants to lose 30lbs.
Sherry (5’4” & 144lbs) wants to lose 20lbs.
Mike (5’9” & 220lbs) wants to lose 10lbs.

I have run several of these at work, I ev en have dbases that do the math and spit out leaderboards...we can chat tomorrow

I like it. Might try some silly combo of doing multiples types of measures and then averaging them.
