That has always irritated me!! If you want to cut some people then why would you ask who wants to stay??? If you want to cut them then cut them. UGH!

Haha.. This is just a random drive-by comment, but I just wanted to say - that is SO true, and it irritates the hell out of me. Especially those who do it more than once or twice a month and expect the same results over and over. Love me, love me! I've never bothered to do a "cut," and if I did, I'm pretty positive it would just a simple thing, and the people being cut probably wouldn't notice anyway (hence the reason for, perhaps?). Anyway, thank you for amusing me right before bedtime. :)
