Another great chapter, with so much to think about. So now that Hadley has paid Cameron some attention, his master is suddenly interested again. I still feel terrible for Cameron, to have so much of his life dependent on the whims of others. Hadley seems to recognize the difficulties of that situation--the master and mistress of the house, however, don't seem to give it a thought.

Pretty apt observation, some owners are neither good or bad in theory, just clueless.

I love seeing everything through Hadley's eyes. He comes off as so quiet and introspective, yet his actions have so much impact on everyone around him.

Curious about Brookings. Off to read more :D

That's what made this concept appealing with Hadley's POV, integral but an observer as well. Enjoy reading. :)
