To me, the waiting game IS the worst part of house hunting! In my mind, I was very worried that I was gonna settle on a condo only to have a similar one open up $20,000 less than I was finalizing on! Ack!

Yeah that's my other worry lol but really if something cheaper came up, I highly doubt it will be as gorgeous. Sure we could find a lesser house and make it pretty, this one we just have to move in and its done!

Wednesday night is going to be all tense and stuff. Oh boy.. And the house is on Rosedale between Daly and Cockburn. I can't remember what street you're on but we should be pretty close!
