Yeah we will, it just sucks going through all that shit. We are looking in about a 5 mile radius of where our apartment is now, we really like the area, but the area is also very high demand.
2 years ago when I closed on my offer; it was after a year and a half of looking and 12 rejected offers. It sucks balls and I totally know what you're going through.
Does it get any easier? 12 is a lot, and here I am complaining at 2! I don't want to have to completely overbid on a house, but it seems like that's the only thing that works.
No, sorry, my love. You need a shit ton of patience. You have to be willing to let certain things go and compromise on others. And the hardest part of all, stop putting yourself in the house with your paint and furniture waiting for the bid to be taken.
I know looking sucks but this is just the same as looking for an apartment - there are a lot of stinkers out there and if you find a place you love there is no guarantee you will get it.
Keep perservering in the knowledge that when you finally get the place it will be YOURS!
