1. inhaling cool air as i walk outside
2. the crisp crack of kale or broccoli off of the plant
3. the sound chalk makes as you drag it across the board
4. the feel of my hands when they're drying after i wash them
5. the smell of max's fur
6. stepping on a rock at the arch of my foot
7. running my fingers down a strand of yarn
