I am certain that Dan and I are cursed, or maybe we are a curse.  It seems that every time we like a television series just for the fun and entertainment value, they cancel it after once season.  Shows like Firefly and The Dresden Files, one season, and poof! they are gone, while others just seem to go on and on.  Take Seinfeld for example,  that

God, I thought I was the only one who hated Seinfeld. Heck I gave up most TV in the 90's. If I were single I wouldn't own one.

It seems that *they* do not like interesting series.. *they* want stupid banal pap. That being said I have basically given up all TV outside of the 6PM news............ le sigh

Glad I am not the only one with this problem. I have it with favorite beauty products and trousers that fit, too. When I find a bath fragrance I like- it's like the kiss of doom. It vanishes. I keep wanting Bath & Body Works to bring back their ylang-ylang myrrh bath gel. And I've been buying Lee trousers forever, but now they have a 'new fit!' that no longer fits me.
