Well you were right. I can't get a loan for the house. So I'm really bummed right now.

So I'm gonna give up for now. No use in getting my hopes up any more.

awe, im sorry sweetie. At least you found out now, rather than when you get half way through the process with the lady selling it..

buying a house is tough.. you know we lost one during the process too... its hard.. but everything happens for a reason! (watch... next week their will be a merina fire and that house will burn down)
