So the garbage disposal. Yeah, that one. The one that didn't work. No matter how many times I tried it.... or pushed the 'reset' button on the bottom.... or prayed or cursed

I have a disposal in my condo, after not having one for 25 years, and it's strange. It'll sound like it's empty, but not drain, or just the reverse. I've discovered the marvelous combo of sprinkling baking soda in the drain, and then pouring vinegar down it. It fizzes and foams and knocks everything right.

Hmmmm... I'll try that. It can't hurt at this point, and might even make me feel like I've done something productive.
