How did you pop the question?

Took her out to Pismo Beach onto the pier right about sunset. She was sitting on a bench, and I was standing behind her with my arms around her. I dug in my pocket, showed her the ring, and said "Hey, if you agree to marry me, I'll give you this awesome ring!"

Amazingly enough, she said yes.
