I still have another concept for serial form. Any suggestions on where to host both?

It's hardly an original one, but it comes down to this:

I have always wanted to do a webcomic. I have no artistic skills whatsoever. So, if I were to write an online serial, who would be interested? Or, even better, would someone want to bring the art to my ideas?

Judges. This is possibly the bloodiest and most fucked up book in the bible. We have a Heracles without the rose colored glasses, we have people sacrificing their daughters because of an ill-timed oath, and we have the original "I have a message from God" which turns out to be THEIR DEATH.

In short, it's awesome.
