Am I the only one who absolutely despises warm weather?

Sure, it's fine when you want to go to the beach with your friends. But if you want to get any work done? Forget it.

No, I hate it too. It makes me want to be so lazy. D:

Agreed entirely. And it prevents you from sleeping in... D:

While I tend to prefer cooler climates, with me being in "lose weight via sweating it off" mode, I like warmer weather.

You don't know the meaning of "despise warm weather". -_-

Just out of curiosity, what's the prevalence of home AC where you are?

(and besides, my upper limit for temperature is lowered by the fact that I refuse to wear shorts because of modesty)

If I lived in a city (and one in like the driest and hottest region in Canada, no less), I would probably hate it with a passion too. The cold is relatively easy to escape (bundling up, heat at home, etc), but not even central AC can save you from the displeasure of a blistering summer's day.

I spent two weeks in Toronto in the dead of summer and it was TORTURE.

Summer here is love-worthy, the air temperature is rarely higher than a comfortable 20-25 degrees (but, of course, the sun likes to make shit hotter if there's no cloud cover) and the humidity levels rarely breach the comfort zone. Sea breezes help too. I have a feeling you would like summers here.

Dry Heat > Humid Heat. It's actually worse in Toronto, and around that area.

(The dry part makes it easier to cool off if there's a nice little cave to crawl into. And no Mosquitoes!)

It must be nice with sea breezes. :(
