Wow, it's been 3 weeks since I landed on Perth. Things are going smoothly here. hammi1311 has some photos of our adventures in Perth XD.
On the first week, we stayed on Victoria Park's McMasters Street,in a fully furnished apartment. Perth suburbs are usually quiet by 7pm. Most shops close at 6pm minus Thursdays, which they call Suburb Night...or something like that. So we usually amused ourselves with NDS, PSP and PS2.
After a week, we moved to our permanent residence in Bentley. The house is 30 mins walk from Curtin University and quite convenient I guess. 15 mins walk to the Shopping Centre and Westfield Carousel, a big mall (well, not as big as MidValley XD), is easily accessed by bus. By the way, busses here are okay, not too punctual, sometimes missing...I miss the busses in Japan TwT We currently have no TV. Planning to get one soon I guess.
On sightseeing, we haven't been to many places. A brief visit to Fremantle. I wanna try the Fish and Chips there D: Speaking of food, the portions here are large. I'm a small eater so I need to share with my sis and bf. We've also been eating lots of Malaysian, Singaporean, Chinese Food. I really want to try the beef here.
I've been cooking a lot recently too :3 Yesterday was my best yet Japanese Curry Rice. We'll be trying Kangaroo meat soon >D
