So I went to the doctor for my final immunizaton shots, and got poked in both arms. Now, I'm not as queasy about shots anymore, but my arms are really bruised now , and about four hours ago, they were throbbing painfully

Putting in contacts for the first time is nauseating. After that, it's not so much a problem. Make sure you get a good brand that you're comfortable with. I like Acuvue2 or their Oasis ones.
